Divina Chingcuanco is currently the Chief of Party for the USAID Energy Secure Philippines (ESP) Activity. She has extensive project and technical expertise, having served as a three-term Chief of Party spanning 16 years for three USAID Philippines projects. These projects focused on sustainable energy development, climate change, clean energy, and economic resilience through a low carbon pathway. Ms. Chingcuanco manages and oversees the implementation of USAID ESP, which promotes the advancement of innovative technology and renewable energy application supporting food security, transparency, and governance, and address the climate crisis. She began her global development career as a regulatory and tariff specialist engaged by the World Bank, Department for International Development, and Asian Development Bank, working across Asia and the Pacific Islands. Her exposure mentoring stakeholders within a diverse cultural setting equipped her with the ability to adapt to shifting situations and priorities.
